Fear Of Failure And How To Overcome It

Today’s Affirmation: “I embrace my failures and move on!”

Finding out what doesn’t work means I’m one step closer to finding what DOES work! If we quit every time something didn’t go right when we try something new, we wouldn’t get very far.

It’s alright to fall on your patootie! It’s not alright to stay there. Get up! Try it again, or try it a different way. Study your failure, learn from each attempt and improve.

Nearly anyone can bang out the Chop- Sticks melody on a piano. Not everyone plays piano during a world stage concert. The difference? Practice! Learning and trying new things. Failing. Tweaking your approach and trying again.

GET OVER yourself. You aren’t the only one that has failed at something.

I can say with all certainty you will fail again. Have a good laugh. Brush yourself off. Take a deep breath and try it again!

So today, I embrace my failures and move on!
